Diane S. Sykes has dedicated her career to advocating for the civil rights of employees, and consumers. As a passionate advocate, Diane strives to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of legal representation. She brings her advocacy to many different forums, including federal court, state court and administrative bodies. Her practice focuses on employment discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower claims against public and private employers. Her clients span the gamut, from low-wage workers to executive employees. Diane makes it a core goal of her advocacy to empower clients by demystifying the legal process with a trusted ally at their side. Sykes obtained her bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley and her J.D. at University of Oregon School of Law.
